You can even use code HOWDOESSHE to get 70% off any order over $ 25 and prepare a beautiful Mother’s Day. Like most of us, I didn’t realize how much my mom had done for me until I became a parent myself. I don’t remember everything my mom did while driving about row clogging, softball practice, and dentist cleaning. I just remember spending time in my life as a kid. And she has clean teeth. Little did I realize that when I fell ill in the middle of the night it meant a sleepless night for my mom, who was there, carrying a bucket by my bed. Until I had kids, I never really thought about the fact that my mom was cleaning after me and comforting me all night. When I was a kid, Mother’s Day gifts included the pictures she drew, the crafts she made, and the scrambled eggs (with lots of shells) that she made as “breakfast in bed.” I’m sure my mom loved those gifts because that’s what moms do. But now that I’m an adult and fully aware of the amazing depth of a mother’s love, it’s a good idea to go the extra mile for Mother’s Day and express some of those things that I couldn’t as a child. If you’re feeling the same, here are some of the cutest Mother’s Day gift ideas to let her know you see her. (Note: Use code HOWDOESSHE to get 70% off any Snapfish order over $ 25. That’s amazing!) 1. The perfect card If there’s only one day in the whole year on a card, it’s Mother’s Day. Ask any mom – just hearing specific and intimate reasons why your kids love you is the best in the whole world. This cute personalization is only suitable for a perfect personalized card to go with. I definitely love Snapfish custom cards. They are quick to make, and have several pre-designed cards so that you can quickly drop some pictures and write a sweet message in just a few minutes. And at 70% off (use the code HOWDOESSHE), they’re stealing! Go find your perfect custom card now (and be sure to be specific when crafting your message. The sweetest Mother’s Day cards are all in the details.) 2. A “drinking cup” for mom if I had a dollar for all the times I had gave my child a drink (oh man, all years These drinking mugs!), I would probably be a millionaire by now. Give your mom the best fruits with her sippy cup. Heaven knows after all these years that it deserves it! She can relax with her favorite drink in a custom cup sweeter than the sweet. Shop Snapfish custom drinking bowls here. 3. Turning Art into Picture Squares When I try to think of something unique that my children can give to my grandmother, I come across these picture boxes and immediately know what to do. Kids art is the best and there are a lot of times I hate to see her go in the trash. Instead, I had the idea of turning some of my favorite pieces into lightweight photo tiles (really, they’re as light as air) and gifting them to grandmothers. My niece is making these digital prints and they are perfect in tile shape. It comes with special magnets that you can use to hang it securely on the wall (it won’t tear off the paint), or you can prop it up on a mantel or overnight stand. When it comes to sweet Mother’s Day ideas, it’s a unique gift that isn’t a lotion bottle. 4. A Dedicated Diary Notebook As a teenager, I didn’t care what my mom thought. Now, I want to know everything about my mom, what she thinks, and what life experiences she has had. It is almost necessary to know more about it. I guess being a parent makes you realize just how short life really is. I want a piece of mom with me forever, and if she were to pass her magazines on, that would be an invaluable treasure. For moms who want to write or make lists, make a lovely gift from a custom journal or notebook. I love this flower notebook as you can jot down and plan your garden ideas every year. The laptop can really become anything you want, and Snapfish has tons of fun designs (check out Taco Magazine!). Even if your mother does not write her diary, you can encourage her to start with this gift that will be returned to her future generations for future generations. 5. Something Special to Hold For moms who love to read a good book or favorite TV show, consider a custom photo blanket for 70% off (code HOWDOESSHE). It’s so much fun and so warm and my kids are always fighting over it when they go to Grandma’s house. Other Favorite Mother’s Day Ideas at Snapfish: There are so many acts of love and service moms do every day that go largely unnoticed: being the last to eat, being the first to go without.
