Easy Mother’s Day Art Project – Lesson Plans

0

Combine learning about mixing colors with making a Mother’s Day project fun with this idea from The Educator’s Spin on It. When I first saw it I thought this was done with resistance tape, but it’s actually printable. You can cut and tape it onto the paper before the kids draw. Try using watercolors, point markers, regular markers, plain paint or any other media to see. How the colors mix. Work on it alongside reading a book on colors (she talks about Mouse Paint in the post, which is really nice) or leave the supplies in the art zone for kids to explore on their own.
