How to make a striped triangle quilt – quilting

0

This article goes to all of you scrap filters. You know who you are, and I proudly count myself in that group. Darcy Quilts shows us how to turn some of those cute little bits of fabric into a striped triangle quilt, like these quilts are a feast for the eyes. Everywhere you look you see a different texture. I know that when I look at the scrap quilts I can see the fabric and remember the other quilts I used in them. And maybe that’s why I like scrap comforters so much. Bringing back memories, Darcy’s easy way turns slides into something eye-catching. They almost look 3D the way the triangles are placed. Best of all, there are two different ways to get these striped triangles. The first with scraps and the second with strips. There are also step-by-step photos to help guide you, I don’t know a thing about you, but I’m inspired to dig into my scrap bins and start making a quilt like this one Click here for this tutorial: Striped Triangles Checkered Quilt[photo from Darcy Quilts]
