Rosie Ricci Rosie Ricci has been promoted to a full-time Industrial Relations role within SNIOEF’s Human Resources (HR) division to increase support for member firms. The union said Rosie Ricci will work with SNIPEF Director of Industrial Relations Stephanie Lowe to assist companies with a wide range of industrial relations issues, meeting demand that has increased dramatically since the start of the pandemic. “Employment terms and conditions are very complex in modern industrial relations, and by working together, we can guide employers not only to get the best out of their employees but also how they can attract new people into the business,” Rosie Ritchie said. She joined SNIPEF in 2017, as an Officer in the Scottish and Northern Ireland Joint Industry Council (SNIJIB) which is made up of the members of SNIPEF and Unite the Union. She has completed a number of courses in the Consulting, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS) and has earned the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management.
