MB has developed a line of breaker bucket accessories for excavators that work in small construction and demolition work where noise and dust should be limited and there is little room to move around. MB says smaller crushers produce the same quality of materials as larger crushers when it comes to grinding brick, concrete, and other demolition materials. The company’s MB-L140 crusher bucket is designed for those job sites where it is really difficult to move and demolition debris further impedes movement. The ripper can be used to clear site debris without taking up more space and reduce the need to bring in transport trucks, which could increase downtime. MB-L140 can crush materials into required size and possibly use materials for sub base. It is intended for excavators with an operating weight of 15,400 to 28,700 lbs. When noise and dust are a concern, the MB-L200 crusher bucket is designed to crush materials with low noise level and reduce dust emission. It’s compatible with excavators with operational weights ranging from 26,500 to 37,500 pounds, and for fast production with a compact excavator, MB recommends the MB-C50 ripper bucket. It is also designed to reduce noise and dust. It is compatible with compact excavators with operating weights ranging from 11,000 to 17,600 lbs.
